Microsoft™ Word or Microsoft™ Office Versions are critical....

When installing a newer version of MSWord or MS Office, pay close attention when installing the new version, not to overwrite your present Word version. If you overwrite Word 6.0, SaleSource will not function.

If you have modified any of the SaleSource Letter templates, make a copy of them, in case you have to reinstall SaleSource. The Install program will overwrite them. This is NOT true of new letters you have created.

If your system is not backed up on a regulr basis, at a minimum backup your .db file in Delphi\data. You can do this by right clicking on the file and copying it to a floppy disc.

When moving your SaleSource program to a new computer you must reinstall it to that computer. You cannot move it by other means.
