Managers:

Q.
How can I tell if SaleSource is working?

A.

Reports can be printed out at any time to tell you where you are in your current marketing campaign. If you have included cost information in the events and campaign, any sale from the campaign will show as income against the cost associated with the campaign. You can also tell by the number of responses that come back from the mailings themselves.

Q.
  How do I print reports?

A.

From the icons at the top of the screen, select Reports, and choose the report you wish to look at. Most reports offer the option to print to the screen, so you can look at them to ensure that the report is exactly what you are looking for.

Q.
  What is an exception report?

A.

Whenever an action is required for an event in a campaign, if the action is not performed in an appropriate amount of time, a Management Exception report is printed out to inform management that there is an issue. This could mean that the producer was too busy to make the calls; the telemarketer was too busy to update the database, or any other reason. SaleSource is designed to work with the manager to ensure that if there is an issue, it is handled quickly. If there are no issues, there will be no Management Exception report printed.
